Apple jar cake
-1 tsp of sugar
-10g of peanut butter
-75g apple puree
-10g of almond flour
-1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
-30 g flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-a pinch of baking soda
-5g cashew butter
-15g of agave syrup (or maple syrup)
Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces, bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove and roll in sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
Mix the dough ingredients in a deeper bowl in the order they are listed. Transfer to an oiled ramekin and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (or until done, check with a toothpick).
Put apples on top and pour caramel over (agave and cashew butter mix).
P.S. this would probably go much faster with a microwave 🙂
